Title: Fermilab future physics and accelerator program

Speaker: Dr. Shekhar Mishra, Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, USA

Abstract: Fermilab currently operates a high-intensity program in high-energy physics both at the energy and intensity frontier. With the recent shift of high-energy frontier to LHC future of Fermilab physics and accelerator program would focus on intensity frontier. Fermilab along with its national and international collaborators, including India, is developing a program at intensity frontier that would include neutrino, kaon, muon, nuclear and energy physics. This talk would outline the physics and accelerator program under development at Fermilab. It would also describe how this development is tied to Indian nuclear energy program.
