Oral presentations shall be 12-15 minutes with another 2-3 minutes for question and answers. Bring your presentation on pendrive. There will be poster sessions. In each poster session, there will be few posters. Space for each poster is A0 size single sheet or approximately 12-16 A4 size sheets.
Schedule of the program, accommodation details, volunteer’s names/mobile numbers and other details shall be posted soon.
Some of you have given only arrival time - not given exact train name/number, Please send the details.

Accommodation for the participants is available from 3rd afternoon till 7th afternoon. Book your ticket if not done already. Send us your travel plan – date and time of arrival, mode of travel, departure date and time. Exact details of the accommodation, how to reach, list of volunteers, etc will be uploaded in due course.

Provisional list of Poster presentations
The provisional list of selected participants for ORAL and POSTER presentation is uploaded to the website.
Some of the presentations need modifications, with regard to (i) format, (ii) references and the presentation of subject etc. We shall be sending our remarks by email soon. You have to send revised version so that the presentation will appear in the booklet.
Please send your acceptance by email as soon as possible. If you are not able to make it to NSSP-2016, please let us know, so that we can give opportunity to another interested student.
Registration fee (Rs. 500/- for outstation students) can be paid on your arrival. You need not send DD or e-transfer. You can mail your arrival/departure details later on. Boarding and lodging arrangements shall be taken care of. Limited travel support shall be offered to participants. Accommodation details and pick up arrangements shall be uploaded in due course.
List of selected students for ONLY PARTICIPATION shall be loaded very soon. Please be patient and do not send email enquiring about the same.
