INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS
- The participants who are reaching Chandigarh on 25th January 2014 should get in touch with Mr. Amit Goyal (9646348964) for instructions regarding accommodation.
- The participants, who are reaching Chandigarh on 26th and 27th Jan 2014, should reach to the following address: National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Sector 26, Near Institution for Blind School, Back side of Guru Gobind Singh College for Boys, Chandigarh. (roughly 4 km from Railway station, 5 km from ISBT Sector 17 Bus Stand). Most of the student's accommodation is arranged at NITTTR Boys and Girls Hostels.
- Volunteers will be present to receive students at railway station; especially during the night train timings (Kalka Mail, night Shatabdi, etc). Participants should exit through Platform No. 1 and look out for volunteers near the Main Enquiry Counter. Winter season is still at its peak. Trains may get delayed because of fog. On train reaching Ambala (last station before Chandigarh, 40 km), send an SMS to Mr. Amit Goyal.
- The participants, who are reaching Chandigarh on 27 Jan 2014 after 11 AM, should reach directly at the School venue i.e. Department of Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh. They will be shifted to the respective accommodation by the organisers.
Look for pre-paid auto service. Otherwise, fix the price (bargain) before getting into auto.
