Warning : The SCOPUS data base  is a  commercial multidisciplinary citation index data base maintained  by  Elsevier SCOPUS
It suffers from a number of drawbacks compared to SPIRES  in as much as it considers many kinds of citation  data  generated   after 1995.  As a consequence scientists with longstanding citation records may  find their performance (e.g and specially the H-index  , a cumulative measure of sustained attention earning scientific performance  which is severely attenuated -for senior scientists -  by including records after 1995 only . That said its data is valuable since it spans all disciplines and it will presumably become increasingly complete as time passes at least for  work done after 1995. I apologize for the poor quality of the html grabs from SCOPUS. It is best if the visitor conducts his own search using the author keys given in the Author details link.
